"We have had a condo in Summit County for almost 30 yrs.(wildernest). The last couple yrs we wanted to find a place on Lake Dillon w/ monster views.We contacted Kate this past summer and gave her our requirements.

As the listings in Dillon have been minimal, Kate had to work hard and explore all possibilities. She found one and we rushed up to see it immediately. (2 hour drive) We put a contract on it.

We then had to sell our other condo quickly to make it all work. After a few setbacks, we were able to complete our transactions w/ a1031 exchange. Kate worked w/ us every step of the way.
