Buyer Information

Knowledge

Henry has extensive knowledge and history about property here in Summit County and also the years of experience necessary to ensure that the sale is carefully handled with attention to detail. We will do our best to make sure that any related issues such as survey issues, inspection issues, and unexpected issues related to the property are discovered and dealt with properly to ensure a smooth and informed transfer at sale.

We also have built a strong network of support services to handle most anything that may come up. Be it plumbing, electrical, repair, snow removal, legal advice, cleaning services, moving, or any other needs, we can help refer you to the necessary people.

Service

Our Frisco real estate team is staffed 7 days a week to take calls from interested buyers or brokers calling for support information. We have found this to be a very valuable service. People appreciate being able to get information quickly and we strive to provide this high level of service.

Home Warranty

Each property will be covered by a 14 month home warranty from the date of closing from Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. We have found that buyers appreciate this peace of mind.

Loan Process: Getting Pre-qualified

Most real estate agents and lenders recommend that home buyers get pre-qualified with a lender before selecting a home to purchase. This way the buyer has the best information about the right price range for his/her pocket book.

First time home buyers may be able to qualify for down payment assistance programs—speak to your lender about this option. We can put you in touch with preferred lenders that we found provide the best level of service and rates available in Summit County.

Finding a Property

Once you know your price range, let us know what you would like us to search for:
Condo, Townhome, Single Family Home, how many bedrooms and baths, garage, size, views, location, near trails, riverfront, golf property, slope-side, etc.

Think about how you want to use your property and what you enjoy doing while you are in Summit County:
Will you place it in a rental program? Long term? Short term?
Do you want to ski to your door?
Maybe you prefer a quiet wilderness setting and hiking in the mountains.

We are very resourceful in finding particular properties for our customers. We can set up a computer search that will automatically e-mail you any new listings that match the search criteria you decide on. Before this information is sent to you it is reviewed by one of our buyer representatives to make sure it matches your criteria. With all the technology available, we can e-mail digital photos or send a CD of photos and information to help long distance buyers “visit” properties from their home computers.
