Countywide, the Average Sold Price has increased +1.8% when comparing 2015 Year to Date to 2014 Year to Date. The number of sales have increased 7.3% comparing this year to last year.
The North Side of Summit County consists of Frisco, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Dillon and Keystone. The North Side is showing an increase in the Average Sold Price by +14% when comparing 2015 to 2014 YTD vs. YTD. The Average Sold Price is now $440,346.
The South Side of Summit County consists of Breckenridge, including the Blue River area of Breck. The South Side’s Average Sold Price is up +2%, making the Avg. Sold Price $715,681.
Looking at Single Family Homes throughout Summit County, the Average Sold Price is down by -4.3% comparing 2015 YTD to 2014 YTD. The number of sales for Single Family Homes is up +9.1%.
For Summit County Condominiums, the Average Sale Price is up +2.1% and the number of sales is down -3.4% 2015 YTD vs. 2014 YTD.
Vacant Land in Summit County has shown a significant decrease in price but a very significant increase in activity, with the Average Sale Price falling by -38.4% and the sales volume for vacant land increasing by +47%.
