Summit County Residential Sales Up 10%!

Sales are up 10% and at the same time the pending sales (properties under contract) are up +40%. In fact, the activity continues with last week’s under contract activity +64% above last year for the same week – not a bad mud season. Sales are up while the inventory is down -25%.

The average days to sell a property in the county is down -3.2% and of the sales so far the average sold price is up a tad or about +2.6%.
