We try to hold open houses for the public at strategic times to ensure maximum exposure (with sellers’ approval). One of the most effective ways to expose the Property is to have as many local Realtors as possible preview the property. If they know the property they are more likely to be able to sell it. To achieve this, we take 15-20 RE/MAX brokers through on our office tours within the first week of listing, and we also hold broker luncheons for 30-40 outside brokers inviting the real estate community to visit and provide feedback for us and the seller to help with the sale. We advise our Sellers on the best way to present the property to put it in the most marketable condition to maximize value. This way, such items as paint, carpet, cleaning, clutter, and condition can be addressed to increase appeal.
