Henry E. Barr is the Top Producing Broker in the history of RE/MAX Properties of the Summit. Henry Barr was presented with the RE/MAX Circle of Legends Award in January 2016.
This award honors highly successful brokers who have done a distinctive level of production over a career length of 10 years or longer
The Circle of Legends Award, created in 2001, has been achieved by less than one half of one percent of all brokers in the 40+ year history of the RE/MAX Brand.
RE/MAX DIAMOND CLUB FOR OUTSTANDING SALES IN 2015
Henry E. Barr and THE BARR TEAM are the Top Producing Broker at RE/MAX Properties of the Summit again for 2015. Henry Barr of RE/MAX in Frisco, Colorado was inducted into the RE/MAX Diamond Award Club for his revered level of sales production within the 2015 calendar year. Less than one half of one percent of the RE/MAX network has ever been bestowed this prestigious honor.

DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Henry E. Barr was the Inaugural Recipient of the Summit Association of Realtors new Distinguished Achievement Award.
Each fall, area Realtors select one of their peers to receive the “Realtor of the Year” Award. It’s a well respected honor… but it only recognizes service for that year. The group felt a new award needed to be added – the “Distinguished Achievement Award” – to recognize those brokers who are worthy of recognition decade after decade for their service to their clients, fellow brokers and the whole community.
The award recipient, as described at the Awards Banquet in October, is someone who:
‣ has achieved continued success and mastery in real estate
‣ has provided service to others – clients, brokers, friends – over decades in this business
‣ has provided service to clients, evident in his work ethic, achievements and professionalism
‣ has provided service to colleagues, in giving of their time and knowledge as a mentor and in holding themselves and other brokers to high ethical standards
‣ has provided service to the community via active participation in numerous community and neighborhood boards, panels and organizations
‣ has provided service and support to groups and causes they feel strongly about by donating time, energy, publicity and monetary contributions
Long story short, this award is presented to someone who sets “The Standard” every single day and that person is Henry Barr. Congratulations, Henry!
RE/MAX LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – 2009
In 2009, Henry E. Barr was recognized by RE/MAX International and the RE/MAX Board of Directors for an impressive development in his business. Henry was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for helping over 1,000 families meet their real estate needs. The outstanding accomplishment honors highly successful agents who have become exceedingly effective in providing total quality customer service through extensive knowledge and experience. This award is an exceptional achievement in the real estate industry of which less than five percent of the total RE/MAX network has reached.
RE/MAX CHAIRMAN’S CLUB – 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014
A very significant accomplishment and one of the highest levels of recognition that a RE/MAX agent can achieve, the Chairman’s Club is granted to less than 1% of the 100,000+ RE/MAX members worldwide. This honor is based on sales production for one calendar year and each of those inducted produce annual sales far above the industry average.
RE/MAX HALL OF FAME AWARD – 2004
This award was established to recognize and salute the exclusive group of top producers who reach a certain level of production during the course of their career with RE/MAX. Only 16% of all RE/MAX Affiliates earn this status within their entire career.
RE/MAX PLATINUM CLUB – 2002, 2003, 2011
Membership in the RE/MAX Platinum Club is a difficult status to achieve within the company and is awarded to those based on production within a single year. This award has been presented to only 6% of all RE/MAX Associates worldwide.
RE/MAX 100% CLUB – 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001
This designation is awarded to a select group of high producing brokers each year based on achieving an outstanding sales record within one calendar year. The 100% Club is one of the first milestones that sets a broker apart from their peers and is a very notable achievement.
