Christine has over 20 years of real estate experience in the Summit County area. Her focus has been serving repeat customers of The Barr Team and she continues to do so remotely from her home in Sarasota, FL. Since she is no longer physically here to show or list properties, Christine is now using her expertise as the team’s Closing Manager. Christine assists Henry in drafting contracts, negotiating offers, managing transactions, date and deadline maintenance and more. Christine oversees the team’s transactions to be sure the closings go as successfully as possible.

Christine still enjoys skiing but doesn’t ski as often, now that she’s in Florida. These days, she enjoys golfing, biking, boating, and walking on the white sand beaches with her husband, Larry. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter, Paige, who also lives in the Sarasota area.
